The Canine Impact Monthly Draw and the Canine Impact Gala Jackpot are two coordinated raffles running January through November 2026 to build momentum toward the Canine Impact Awards Gala and support the work of Herzog’s Heroes and Animal Humane Advocacy.


Both raffles are online-only, easy to join, and open to anyone who wants to participate in meaningful change for dogs.

What you need to know:

  • You do not need to hold a physical ticket, you will be notified if you win.

  • If you purchase a ticket for the The Canine Impact Monthly Draw, drawings will be held on the last day of each month

  • The Canine Impact Gala drawing will be held at November 7th, 2026 at the Canine Impact Gala & Awards

The Canine Impact Monthly Draw is designed to bring the community together all year long. Every ticket you purchase supports our mission and enters you into the monthly prize drawing, held live at one of our partnered local restaurants.

Ticket Pricing

  • $5 → 1 ticket

  • $20 → 5 tickets

  • $50 → 15 tickets

  • $100 → 40 tickets

How It Works

  • Scan a QR code from one of our participating restaurants or event Ambassadors.

  • Purchase your tickets online — no cash sales and no physical tickets.

  • Enter the name of the Ambassador who shared the QR code so they receive credit.

  • Your purchase automatically enters you into the monthly buyer drawing for prizes.

  • Ambassadors compete each month and all year based on dollars raised.

The Canine Impact Gala Jackpot is our premium raffle with a large, single cash prize awarded live at the Canine Impact Awards Gala in November 2026.


This is a traditional 50/50 raffle — with a jackpot worth boasting about.

  • $25 → 1 ticket

  • $100 → 5 tickets

  • $250 → 15 tickets

  • $500 → 40 tickets

How It Works

  • Purchase tickets online anytime between January 1 and the Gala.

  • Your ticket enters you into the final drawing at the 2026 Gala.

  • For each ticket an ambassador sells, they will be entered in the ambassador drawing for the Canine Impact Monthly Draw.

  • Winner does not need to be present.

  • The pot grows all year as more tickets are sold.

  • 50% — Supports the 2026 Canine Impact Gala & Awards and the Canine Impact Initiative

Impact Ambassadors

Impact Ambassadors are the people who help share the raffles with the community.

Ambassadors may be:

  • Restaurant servers or staff

  • Volunteers

  • Community supporters

  • Teens (with signed parental/guardian consent, where allowed)

How Ambassadors Earn Credit

  • When someone purchases tickets, they may enter the Ambassador’s name.

  • Ambassadors earn 1 point for every $1 in ticket sales, across both raffles.

  • Points are used for:

    • Monthly top-seller recognition

    • Monthly Ambassador prize drawings

    • Year-end awards (including a VIP Gala package for two and recognition at the Gala)

If you’re interested in becoming an Impact Ambassador, you’ll be able to sign up via our Ambassador participation form.

Participating Restaurants

We plan to partner with 10 local restaurants, each featured for one month between January and October 2026.

Featured restaurants will:

  • Display “Proud Supporter of the Canine Impact Initiative” signage and QR codes

  • Host the Monthly Draw live event for their assigned month

  • Have opportunities to offer themed menu items or specials

  • Be promoted in social media and email communications

  • Be recognized as Impact Partner Restaurants on social media, website, printed materials and treated as sponsors at the Canine Impact Gala & Awards

At the end of the year, one location may be recognized as Impact Partner of the Year based on overall support and engagement.

Official Raffle Rules

The following rules apply to both the Canine Impact Monthly Draw and the Canine Impact Gala Jackpot unless otherwise noted.

Communication & Updates

  • Raffle participants will receive email confirmations of their ticket purchases.

  • We may send email updates about upcoming drawings, winners, the Gala, and ways to get involved.

  • We also plan to offer an optional text-message update sign-up, so participants can receive reminders about drawing dates and prompts to join future Monthly Draw periods (subject to opt-in and compliance with text marketing regulations).

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase.

  • Raffles are open only to individuals residing in jurisdictions where charitable online raffles are permitted.

  • HH and AHA reserve the right to verify age and residency before awarding any prize.

  • Raffles are void where prohibited by law.

Online-Only Ticket Sales

  • All raffle ticket purchases must be completed online via the official raffle platform linked from our website or QR codes.

  • No cash sales, in-person ticket sales, or handwritten tickets are permitted.

  • Tickets are issued in electronic form only; no paper tickets will be provided.

Ticket Validity & Fraud Prevention

  • Only tickets purchased through the official Herzog’s Heroes / Animal Humane Advocacy raffle system are valid.

  • Tickets may be deemed void if:

    • Obtained through unauthorized channels

    • Altered, counterfeit, or generated by bots/automation

    • Purchased or attempted in violation of applicable laws or these rules

  • HH and AHA are not responsible for:

    • Lost, interrupted, or unavailable internet connections

    • Technical errors or failures of any kind

    • Payment processing failures beyond our control

All Sales Final

  • All raffle ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Once a transaction is processed, the purchase cannot be canceled or reassigned.

Drawing Procedures

  • Monthly Drawings (Canine Impact Monthly Draw):

    • Conducted on scheduled dates from January through October 2026.

    • Drawings may be held live at featured restaurant locations and/or through a virtual event.

  • Gala Jackpot Drawing (Canine Impact Gala Jackpot):

    • Conducted at the 2026 Canine Impact Awards Gala.

    • Winner does not need to be present to win.

  • All drawings will be conducted using a randomized digital method.

  • The results of each drawing and the identity of winners (as allowed by law) will be recorded and may be made publicly available.

HH/AHA’s decisions regarding the conduct of drawings and the determination of winners are final and binding.

Winner Notification & Prize Claim

  • Winners will be notified using the email and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information.

  • Unless otherwise specified in the winner notification, prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification.

  • If a winner does not respond or cannot be reached within the specified time:

    • The prize may be forfeited, and

    • HH/AHA may, at their discretion and as permitted by law, select an alternate winner or retain the prize funds for charitable purposes.

Taxes & Reporting

  • All taxes, fees, and reporting obligations associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

  • HH/AHA may be required to collect additional information and report certain prizes to tax authorities pursuant to federal, state, or local law.

Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that HH/AHA may use their name, general location, and prize amount in raffle-related communications and promotional materials, unless prohibited by law or unless the entrant submits a written request to opt out of publicity.

Ambassador Participation & Limitations

  • Ambassadors are permitted to purchase tickets and enter the raffles.

  • Ambassadors may not conduct or oversee the drawing process.

  • Where required by law, board members or certain insiders may be restricted from winning and/or must abide by conflict-of-interest policies.

Disqualification

HH/AHA reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who:

  • Tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or raffle platform

  • Attempts to interfere with the operation of the raffle in any manner

  • Engages in fraud, deception, or abusive conduct

  • Violates these rules or any applicable laws

Disqualified entries are void and will not be eligible for prizes.

Prize Substitution & Changes

  • For non-cash prizes (primarily in the Monthly Draw), HH/AHA reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

  • For the Gala Jackpot, the prize amount is determined strictly by the total of valid ticket sales and the 50/50 structure and may be adjusted if required by law or permit conditions.

Cancellation, Suspension, or Modification

HH/AHA reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate any raffle at any time if:

  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

  • There are technical or security issues that compromise the integrity of the raffle

  • There is evidence of fraud or tampering

  • Natural disasters, public emergencies, or other events outside reasonable control impact operations

In the event of cancellation, HH/AHA will determine, in accordance with applicable law, whether and how refunds or prize adjustments will be handled, or whether funds will be treated as charitable contributions.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Herzog’s Heroes, Animal Humane Advocacy, their boards, staff, volunteers, partner restaurants, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

  • Technical, hardware, or software failures

  • Network or system errors

  • Payment processor issues beyond our control

  • Loss of data, tickets, or communications

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

To the extent permitted by law, the maximum liability of HH/AHA for any claim related to the raffles shall not exceed the cost of the ticket purchased by the claimant.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless HH, AHA, their directors, officers, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the raffles or any violation of these rules.

Disputes & Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these raffles will be governed by the laws of the state in which Herzog’s Heroes is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • HH/AHA’s interpretation of these rules and their decisions regarding the raffles are final.

Prohibition Against Resale

  • Raffle tickets may not be resold, reissued, or transferred for profit.

  • Any such resale or attempted resale may result in voided tickets without refund.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected in connection with the raffles is used for:

    • Administering the raffles

    • Communicating with participants

    • Providing updates about the Canine Impact Initiative, the Gala, and related programs

  • HH/AHA do not sell or rent participant information to unrelated third parties.

  • Standard third-party services (such as payment processors and email platforms) may process data as required to operate the raffles.

Force Majeure

HH/AHA are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance of obligations related to the raffles due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, public health emergencies, or system outages.

Severability

If any provision of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
